To celebrate 15 years of applying for the World Heritage in “Historic Center of Macao” in 2020, Cultural Affairs Bureau Macao published the calendar of 2020 with the theme of “cultural inheritance as daily life”, which was created by the local illustrator KayTung and five literature workers. By focusing on “Historic Center of Macao” and intangible cultural heritage projects in Macao, it shows the refined and abundant illustration and tells a life story with profound meaning. From Chinese-style temples to western-style churches and from traditional skills to folk customs, it reveals the cultural deposits in Macao, so that citizens will feel the profound daily cultural connotation in Macao. Also, it encourages the masses to guard the precious cultural treasure and let “cultural inheritance” integrate into daily life in the New Year.
